Agreement

By using Virtuous (website, app, onboard AI, and related tools), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Security, compliance & health data

• Virtuous maintains security controls aimed at SOC 2, ISO 27001, and HIPAA readiness (see Trust & Security). Those pages are not certifications.
• You must not upload protected health information (PHI) unless your organization has completed required legal steps (including BAAs where applicable) and you use minimum necessary data only.
• You are responsible for how your organization uses the product under healthcare and privacy laws.

Access & Unique IDs

• Network access requires a valid Unique ID issued by someone above you (tiers 1–3.5). Tier 4 cannot issue IDs.
• Without an ID you may only request a nearby meet — not full network tools.
• We may suspend IDs or accounts for abuse, fraud, or legal risk.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Virtuous to:

• Hack, break into systems, or bypass security controls
• Scam, phish, spam, or harass people
• Share others’ private data without a lawful reason
• Misuse the AI for illegal or harmful instructions
• Impersonate partners or invent false Unique IDs

Onboard AI

• The AI is a helper, not a lawyer, broker of record, or licensed professional for every matter
• Security checks may block or refuse unsafe requests
• Outputs can be wrong — verify important decisions with a real person and licensed pros when needed

Referrals & business relationships

Virtuous helps open doors between people and businesses. Actual contracts, commissions, and licensed work are between the parties and any separate agreements. Public data tools must respect the law and site terms of third parties.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages to the extent allowed by law. You use the network and AI at your own business judgment.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
